Smartronix Hires Former Digicon CTO Mr. Rick Kelley as Director of Technology to Grow Cloud Computing Practice

RESTON, VA--(Marketwired - Aug 13, 2013) - Smartronix announced today that it hired Mr. Rick Kelley as Director of Technology. In his new role, Mr. Kelley will manage a growing team of Cloud Solution Architects and guide the development and implementation of large-scale enterprise Cloud solutions.

Mr. Kelley brings nearly 20 years of experience designing and architecting technology solutions that solve tough business problems and drive business efficiencies. He comes to Smartronix from Digicon, where as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) he managed a portfolio of enterprise solutions for Government agencies focused on emerging technologies to optimize Cloud services, cyber security, bioinformatics, and green technologies. Previously, he served as Chief Architect leading strategic initiatives for various Government agencies, including the United States Department of Agriculture, National Institutes of Health, Department of Defense, and Federal Aviation Administration.
