Renowned HR Industry Veteran Joins Growing World-Class Analyst Team at the Global Sourcing Industry's Leading Research Organization

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - March 30, 2011) - HfS Research (http://www.HfSResearch.com), the leading research analyst firm covering global outsourcing and shared services strategies, today announced that Keith Strodtman has joined its analyst team, as Research Fellow, to cover Human Resources services and technology. His research will focus on the theme "The Future of Work," to help HfS research clients address changing workforce dynamics with smart sourcing strategies.

HfS Research Founder and CEO, Phil Fersht, welcomed Keith to the growing HfS thought-leadership community. "Keith is one of the pioneers of HR service delivery, with his work in HR services, technology and BPO spanning more than two decades," said Fersht. "I've known Keith personally for several years and have seen him develop a strong reputation as an industry visionary. Our research clients are demanding more insight into the changing workforce landscape, and I'm thrilled they will have access to Keith's industry insights and thought leadership."

"I'm excited to be working with Phil and the talented team at HfS Research," said Strodtman. "They provide a unique view of the outsourcing space and have some fun doing it. I've learned a lot in the HR services space over the last 20 years and will no doubt learn more with my new venture. HfS Research is a great forum to share some of my experience but also gain from the vast experience of their subscribers. I look forward to contributing."

For the last 8 years, Keith was the leader of the HR Outsourcing business at Ceridian, one of the largest HR service providers in the world. Before that he was Director of HRO solutions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was at Fidelity Investments during the launch of its HRO business. Through the years, Keith has seen many outsourcing models, some more successful than others -- and he was very involved in developing the technologies necessary to support these outsourcing models. In addition, he was a buyer of BPO services, successfully partnering with one of the largest Indian firms to move back-office transaction processing offshore.

Keith has spoken at many conferences, participated on industry panels, and written several articles on HR services and outsourcing. He is a member of the advisory board of HRO Today and was recognized on HRO Today's HRO Superstar list several times.
